Job Description
LuwaSuite is a UK compliance and HR platform for businesses that hold a Home Office sponsor licence. Demand is growing and we're looking for a driven salesperson to own the full sales process end to end. You'll work a steady flow of inbound and outbound leads, get them on a call quickly, and book them in for a demo. The demo is where deals are won, so you'll need to show LuwaSuite confidently, connect it to what each prospect actually cares about, and close. From first contact to signed customer, the pipeline is yours. Day to day, you'll be calling and following up fast, running product demos, reviving leads that have gone quiet, and keeping everything moving cleanly through our CRM (GoHighLevel). Marketing keeps the leads coming. Your job is to turn them into customers. This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months with a genuine path to permanent based on performance. You'll earn a base of £1,900 to £2,300 per month plus uncapped commission, so strong closers can earn well above £3,000 per month
Requirements
Proven sales experience where you booked and closed your own deals, ideally B2B or SaaS Confident running product demos and tailoring them to the prospect Quick and comfortable on the phone, with disciplined follow-up Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM (GoHighLevel a plus, but we'll train the right person) Self-starter who can own the process without being micromanaged Hungry and target-driven, motivated by uncapped commission Nice to have: Experience selling HR software or compliance tools Experience selling to the UK care or healthcare sector Understanding of sponsor licence or Home Office compliance, or the drive to learn it fast A track record of reviving cold or aged leads
