Platform Manager

One of our clients is looking for a Platform Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our compliance management platform. You'll be the main point of contact for the businesses we onboard, getting them set up, keeping their accounts in good shape, and showing their teams how to use the software with confidence. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll work directly with UK organisations, so clear communication and a sharp eye for detail matter just as much as technical comfort. What you'll do Provision new client organisations on the platform: create accounts, configure settings, and get them ready to use Onboard new clients, walking them through setup step by step Upload and organise client documents accurately Manage existing client accounts: answer questions, resolve issues, keep records current Run training sessions, live and recorded, teaching client teams how to use the platform Act as the link between clients and our technical team, escalating issues when needed Keep all client and employee data secure and confidential at all times. Salary: N400k per month.

What we're looking for Confident with software and quick to learn new platforms Excellent written and spoken English (you'll be training and supporting UK-based clients) A background in customer support, account management, client success, or similar Highly organised and detail-focused (you'll handle compliance documents where accuracy is non-negotiable) A solid understanding of data privacy and confidentiality A reliable laptop and stable internet connection Able to work during UK business hours Nice to have Familiarity with CRM or SaaS admin tools Previous remote work experience Training and support Full training on the platform is provided. You'll also have ongoing support from the platform's technical team as you get up to speed. Important This role involves access to confidential personal and company data. The successful candidate will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before starting and to follow our data protection practices at all times.
